Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or to which access was disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., the specific URL(s) of the content).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Drs-Iar Loadout may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Drs-Iar Loadout will promptly forward a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that we may restore the removed content or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days. If the copyright owner does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on Drs-Iar Loadout within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the copy of your counter-notification, the removed material may be restored, or access to it re-enabled, at our sole discretion.
